In addition, we collect non-identifying demographic and interest data through Google Analytics Demographic and Interest Reporting. HOW THE INFORMATION IS USED
Your Personal Information will be used to send you the information you requested, and any additional pertinent literature related to GTCA’s activities.
GTCA does not sell, exchange, rent, lease, or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to third-party marketers, persons, or organizations. We do not use your Personal Information for any commercial purposes.
GTCA reserves the right to use or disclose any information as needed to satisfy any law, regulation, or legal request to protect the integrity of the Sites; to fulfill your requests; or to cooperate in any law enforcement investigation or any investigation on a matter of public safety.
Demographic and interest data gathered through Google Analytics Demographic and Interest Reporting is for analyzing trends in aggregate and is never combined with personally identifiable information.
We use Hotjar to optimize user experience and the service we provide. It helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g., how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what they do and don’t like, etc.). This enables us to adapt and maintain our service by utilizing user feedback. We use Mailchimp to send mass emails to users who subscribe to receive them. You can unsubscribe from any email sent from us via Mailchimp by clicking an embedded “unsubscribe” link.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
When your Personal Information is used with your consent for any GTCA services, you can cancel your subscription at any time and request for your Personal Information to be deleted by emailing info@gtca.us.

We do our utmost to protect your privacy. As such, we have implemented industry-standard security systems and procedures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized disclosure, misuse, or destruction.
CHANGING PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may review, update, or request deletion of your Personal Information that has been collected by the Sites. To do so, please email the Information Administrator at info@gtca.us with your request. You will be required to verify your identity before any changes will be made. We reserve the right to deny access to any user if we believe there is a question about your identity.
