University Profile
The University of South Carolina sits in downtown Columbia on wooded 400 acres. As the flagship public university of the state of South Carolina, the University of South Carolina ranks nationally as the third-best first-year college experience. Freshmen are required to live on campus and enjoy the university’s freshmen-oriented programs to help them transition into college. Downtown Columbia offers many opportunities for students to enjoy.
Burden
The campus team is a new start as of the summer of 2022. Several families have moved near the campus with a specific burden for the campus work. A few saints have begun to pray and coordinate daily, and the team has gained club status by reaching the students.
Currently, the team desires to expand to include younger full-timers, develop a student internship and grow a larger Christ-centered community at the USC campus.
