The church had its beginnings in the early 1970s, when a number of saints migrated to Memphis. Then in the late 1990s, the Lord initiated migration once again, and households from 18 different localities migrated to Memphis. Today, the church numbers around 80 active members, of which about 50 regularly attend meetings on the Lord’s Day. This current burden for migration will be the third to Memphis in the last 50 years. Once again, the church in Memphis will experience migration with open arms, full of expectation to see what the Lord will do.
Virtual City Tours
Come, my beloved, let us go forth into the fields; Let us lodge in the villages. –Song of Songs 7:11
Now is the time for the advancement of the Lord's move in the United States. Amid the chaos of the pandemic, the economic upheaval, and the social unrest, the white horse of the gospel is running. May we all cooperate with the Lord by praying, giving, and spreading through migration to ten key cities in this country.
Five new campus teams have been formed, and the hope is that three hundred additional saints would migrate to these ten target cities. To help facilitate this move, we have arranged virtual tours of each city in the last two weekends of September, in which the attendees will meet the local saints and receive an overview of the situation and needs in that locality.
